After the fiscal year, the completed projects will be appended to the Road Maintenance History table for record, and the status will be changed back to "Not Planned".[WorkType] The work to be performed on the road way. Values include "Mill and Overlay", "Slurry Seal", "Crack Seal", "Reconstruction"[Responsibility] The entity responsible for the planned work. Values include "Public Service", "Engineering", "Private", "Other"[Comment] Comment field to make production notes. [Sq_Yrds] Square yardage of the associated road way segment. Managment can use this field to approximate the size of the project and associated cost. This field is calculated by multiplying the centerline shapelength field by the pavement width field and dividing by 9.[CostEst_Slurry] Estimated cost to slurry seal the road way segment. Calculated by multiplying square yards by cost per yard for slurry seal maintenance.
