Features are updated as CUP cases are closed as well as a yearly update to check on active status of each CUP. In Spring 2026, CUP cases that had been denied or withdraw were added from any cases in My Government Online (MGO) for a more complete history at a site. Otherwise No.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 6 0;"><SPAN>Case Number: Case number assigned by the Planning Department.</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 6 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>CUP Type: Types of CUPs as follows; Alcohol, Use, Height, Parking, Exterior Design/Materials.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 6 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>Approval Date: Date approved by Planning and Zoning Commission.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 6 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>Effective Date: Date CUP became effective. Only pertains to alcohol CUPs. For all others its left Null. </SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 6 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>CBA Type: For alcohol CUPs in the CBA, are they classified as a bar or a restaurant. Previous terms for bar = un-restricted, restaurant = restricted. Terms updated to current in Code SMTX adopted April 2018.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 6 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>Music Condition: Any music conditions for a CUP. Only pertains to alcohol CUPs.
